Provide support to a wide audience by responding to ticket request for the creation of new web pages, updating of web pages and websites using HTML, Javascript, Java and Perl Scripts.
Administer new/change web functionality, crate new surveys, slide shows and help forms.
Convert new and existing data to HTML and PDF for use on websites, administer server issues, administer group permissions for new employees, and provide wiki assistance with regards to design, layout and coding.
Attend meetings to ensure conformity between websites using best practices and procedures. Also provide graphics support weather online or in print to include, nameplates, signs, logos, screensavers, animated graphics, presentations, signs, posters, business data and spreadsheets.
Must comply with graphics compliance related to section 508 and usability issues, work with documentation and training teams to maintain/link existing documentation and training. Work with the configuration management team to maintain document repositories using clearcase/clearquest
Use of Adobe photoshop CS3, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, XHTML, CSS, knowledge of JavaScript, GUI – must be able to comprehend the end-user experience and design an interface that facilitates functionality and usability with intuitive, ergonomic navigation.
