Network Watch Officer (NWO) to work as the first responder providing tier 1 and tier 2 support in the event of a failure. Candidate must have sound troubleshooting skills and able to investigate, troubleshoot and escalate when call appropriately. Candidate will attend and participate in briefings and must have strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate will work with a variety of tools to include HP Openview, Windows/Linux operating systems, and using network monitoring tools. Must have good Linux/Unix and Windows skills and knowledgeable in active directory, and remote access tools. Candidate will interact with military, civilian and management personnel. Shift work is required working 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week or a compressed schedule of 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week and shifts can be changed to meet manning requirements as deemed necessary by the customer.

• Journeyman Engineer/ Software Developer
• 6 years of development of electrical/electronic/software systems and experience in circuit testing
• 6 years of experience in the development and testing
• 3 years of experience using MS Windows, Solaris, Red Hat
• Sound troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Oral and written communication skills
• Shift work required.
• Work with a variety of tools; good Linux/Unix and Windows skills
