Network Watch Officer - JE/SD

• Network Watch Officer (NWO) to work as the first responder providing tier 1 and tier 2 support in the event of a failure.
• Candidate must have sound troubleshooting skills and able to investigate, troubleshoot and escalate when call appropriately.
• Candidate will attend and participate in briefings and must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate will work with a variety of tools to include HP Openview, Windows/Linux operating systems, and using network monitoring tools.
• Must have good Linux/Unix and Windows skills and knowledgeable in active directory, and remote access tools.
• Candidate will interact with military, civilian and management personnel.
• Shift work is required working 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week or a compressed schedule of 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week and shifts can be changed to meet manning requirements as deemed necessary by the customer. 
   

Journeyman Engineer/ Software Developer

• 6 years of development of electrical/electronic/software systems and experience in circuit testing
• 6 years of experience in the development and testing
• 3 years of experience using MS Windows, Solaris, Red Hat
